Ripple Flower No. 34 is a hand-built sculptural flower made from fine porcelain using a marbling technique. The porcelain is stained to a soft teal tone and layered with white porcelain, creating a flowing, wave-like pattern throughout each petal. Every petal is formed individually, very thin and delicate, then high-fired to achieve strength and refinement.
The petals are assembled into a single sculptural form, allowing movement, rhythm, and surface detail to come together as a unified whole. The piece can be displayed freestanding or mounted on the wall, either as a standalone work or as part of a larger installation within the collection.
