How it works
Before we begin, I will send you a short questionnaire so I can understand your experience, your goals, your studio or home setup, your tools, your access to a kiln, the clay you use and the temperatures or cones you fire to.
We will then shape the mentorship around what you would like to achieve. This may include demonstrations, technical guidance, project planning, feedback on work in progress, glaze and firing advice, and support with developing your creative direction.
The sessions can take place in my studio, online via Zoom, or as a combination of both, depending on your needs, location and the type of project you would like to develop.
Suggested structure
The 30 hours can be arranged in a way that suits your project and availability.
For example:
6 sessions of 5 hours
Several shorter sessions of 2–3 hours
A combination of longer studio days and shorter online support sessions
A tailored structure depending on the project, materials, drying time, glazing and firing needs

After each session
After each session, I can provide notes, reminders, material suggestions or next steps to help you continue working confidently between sessions.
